A 12-Week Group for Families, Partners & Spouses of People Living with Addiction
You love someone with addiction. You are exhausted, confused, and probably putting everyone else first. This group is for you, not them.
Who This Is For
Not yet ready. Currently in treatment. In and out of recovery for years. It doesn't matter where they are in the process. What matters is where you are. Depleted. Holding everything together. Unsure what helping even looks like anymore.
Holding Ground is a closed, structured 12-week group for the people who love someone with addiction. Partners, spouses, parents, adult children, siblings. Anyone who has reorganized their life around someone else's substance use.
This is not Al-Anon. It is a clinician-led therapy group with a curriculum, skills practice, and real clinical support. Not just peer sharing.
